I recently stopped this bakery in the Bronx after eating diner at Frankie’s and had a mixed experience. The rainbow cookies were really good—fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the cannolis didn’t live up to expectations. They tasted old, and the shells were soft instead of having that nice crunch you’d want. This review is for the biscotti and cookies only. The biscotti were good. The quaresimali (almond bar) and double chocolate were the best. The raisin-walnut biscotti was also good; the raisins added a nice chewy texture. The almond and hazelnut were pretty plain. All tasted reasonably fresh. The butter cookies were on the bland side. So so good- got some pastries during a festival. Defs on the pricey side but worth it for the quality. Really can test the quality and absolutely delicious. Service was quick and able to get sweets fast. Had rainbow cookies and cannolis!!
