Incredible history and vibe, but stick to the drinks! Nancy Whiskey Pub is an absolute staple if you are looking for that authentic, old-school New York energy. The atmosphere here is fantastic, packed with character, and feels like a genuine neighborhood escape. The music was also incredible and totally made the night, setting the perfect classic pub mood. It’s hard to describe how special Nancy Whiskey Pub is. I stumbled in one late night when everything else was closing and saw WWE on the TV. I figured I’d grab one last beer — little did I know it would become my favorite bar in the city. The bartenders are incredible and make you feel like a regular from day one. The food’s great, and the late-night menu has saved me more than once. Big shoutout to Alec, Jen, Tommy, Erin, and even the cook, Alex — some of the best people you’ll meet in NYC.
If you’re in this area - please come here if you like a dive bar. What a cute place to sit and have a drink! The frozen frose… get it! And get a floater on top! You won’t be disappointed! We didn’t eat here but what we saw, we weren’t disappointed! The bartender was extremely friendly! Will definitely come back when we visit and are in the area!
