I do not recommend if you are a person of color. Me and a group of friends went for a casual drink, and we were not bothering anyone, not making a scene, and paid our bar tab, but the bartender for some reason decided to kick out me and our friends for simply being there. This bar has got a great vibe. It's chill and has an incredible happy hour. The bartender, Morgan, is a total sweetheart and made us feel welcome as we tirelessly stumbled in with our luggage after a long walk from Penn Station. She served us up some cold beers to perk us right up!
The vibes and music were great, but the bartender was ridiculously rude. My friend and I ordered two drinks and brought cash to tip later. We stayed right there with empty cups, yet it took 20 minutes to get another drink. When I went to order again, the bartender yelled at me for not tipping the first, yelling that he doesn’t work for free. We never left our seats. I had ONLY big bills and was planning to leave a 50% tip. Honestly, I should've left NO tip after that treatment, but I’m not rude
