As an event designer, I always look forward to working at Novita in Garden City. I recently decorated a bridal shower here, and once again, the venue did not disappoint! The space itself is beautiful and acts as a wonderful canvas for event decor, but what truly sets Novita apart is their stellar team. We loved our dishes. My husband had the frutti di Mare squid ink pasta, the seafood, scallops, squid and shrimps tasted fresh and were cooked perfectly. Squid ink pasta was delicious. I loved my pan fried sea bass, again fresh and tasty meat. The sautéd artichokes paired perfectly with the fish. We had crème brûlée with the amazing raspberry sauce, and a strong decaffeinated coffee. Perfect way to end our evening. In a city with Italian reasturant on every corner it’s easy to miss such a gem. You will only find locals in here and the food is amazing.
