2/18/26- Customer service could be ALOT better. Ordered food then proceeded to wait 10 min. more to pay and go. 3 workers and ALL were working the line although one should have been on the cashier to facilitate completed orders. Elderly woman asked if she can pay and lady told her she was doing an order and there were OTHER orders that needed to be paid on. Nope, yeh the food taste good but the cake service, omg I cant deal with it anymore. They are TERRIBLE with cake orders. Staff taking orders do not communicate properly so by the time you go to collect your order, it's either not done, not ready or just done incorrectly. Imagine being told to place your orders in advance and they STILL get it wrong. This has been happening to me for the last 3 years and all I be ordering are cupcakes.
