Had an excellent meal here for my father's birthday. We went with the tasting menu - it wasn't cheap but it was nice to try a wide selection of dishes. Overall the food was very good, with the tortellini, the Waygu and the burger being the standouts. (We ordered one burger à la carte for the table and split it). The fish was just ok. Deserving of the Michelin with one minor timing hiccup. THE FOOD: I ordered the cheeseburger, and it is truly one of the best I’ve had in the city. With a fresh bun, double patty, onions, and the perfect ratio of cheese to sauce, it was a truly harmonious balance. The crispy potatoes were also excellent. I visited this restaurant on the 7th of October and had a reasonably good time. I ordered the Wagyu Burger, which was absolutely lovely. It was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I had a brief chat with the chef (lovely south asian girl) while I was there, and she was so warm and genuine. I complimented her on the burger, as it really was excellent.
