I really appreciate the Panera Bread at the Union Square location. I always come in for my morning coffee and sometimes for lunch as well. The staff is always fast, accurate, and very kind, even during the busy lunch rush when they seem incredibly overworked. I’ve had bad experiences at another Panera location in LIC, so the difference here really stands out. Even though I usually just do pickup orders, the small interactions I’ve had with the employees make me feel genuinely valued as a custome
If you value your time or money at all, especially at this location (only because this location offers so much better alternatives at the same price). Please for the love of God. I got the French dip and it's absolutely horrendous. It's hospital food at the price of artisan Italian bakeries on Bleecker. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm only going to attach photos, and you'll see. That's not worth $5, nevermind 15. I expect this food from a vending machine. I can get a STACKED roast beef sandwich
The food at Panera Bread is usually fresh and tasty, especially their soups and salads, which are perfect for a quick lunch. However, the service can be a bit hit or miss, and I’ve waited longer than expected for my order on a few occasions. Overall, it's a decent place to grab a bite, but it could use some improvements in efficiency.
