Amazing cozy itallian spot. The food is really incredible, the staff are friendly. The pesto is super fresh. Light, balanced anf filled with flavor. We got their Mushroom truffle and it is by far my favorite pasta. The flavors are mellow they allow the mushrooms and truffle to really shine through. Their tomato sauce is bold and bright. Didn’t love any of the dishes. You can find much better Italian spots in the city and west village specifically. We ordered the eggplant parm sandwich and the truffle mushroom rigatoni. It is also a tight space, they have only a couple of tables.
I really enjoyed eating here! Food was hearty and healthy. Extra points for being open late on a winter night. The uber delivery guys were being pests. I'm glad the restaurant people were assertive in their space and regulations. Uber guy kept leaving the door open. The sandwiches were perfect portions and so delicious.
