Unfortunately Saturday afternoon, I order a pepperoni pie creature your own for carry out for my kids and when I pick up the pie and bring it home, they forgot to cut the pie. I had to finally post something from this Papa John’s because they always get the orders wrong it’s like they don’t care I guess because they’re in the Bronx
Terrible customer service and quality control. Ordered two pizzas from them: both were overcooked and smushed. One pizza was not even cut (not even the first time that's happened either). Tasted like cardboard. Couldn't even eat it. These people are just throwing trash in a box rushing it to your door. When you try to contact the store, nobody answers even after waiting several minutes.
I arrived at the store at about 7 pm to it being very rude employees, my grandmother is 70 years old has been ordering food here for dedicated! Never have I ever received such rude attitude & disrespect comin from Papa John’s manager in charge because the manger wouldn’t be Available until Monday as per stated as the manager in charge didn’t want to give me his name I spoke with Nancy first which seems anger to be at work & my grandmother is currently in hospice center in the area where she wou
