Focaccia was so good I highly recommend getting it as an appetizer! We got both the tomato and onion focaccia which were both so delicious. Other than that we ordered the mushroom tomato fettuccine and the arugula prosciutto tomato rigatoni which were both cooked perfectly al dente. Really lovely meal overall and the servers were super nice.
Pepe Rosso is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. It is dependable, consistent, and always delicious. Everything tastes home cooked in the best way. All the ingredients are really fresh and every dish I’ve ever ordered has been amazing and intentional! I love bringing big groups here or just coming alone, the service is quick and friendly and the prices are amazing.
I went on a Tuesday for lunch, craving some home-style cooking. Although they had specials and a very appetizing variety on the menu, I opted for the classic spaghetti—and I absolutely loved it. The service was great, the wait time was reasonable, and the food was delicious. I look forward to returning soon to try more dishes.
