I placed a pickup order for 1:30 PM and was really looking forward to it, but the experience left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, my food was sitting in the warmer, and the staff member was in the back for about 10 minutes. I tried to give my order number, but they insisted on using my name instead—then loudly said it . I would give this location 0 stars if I could I walked in. Asked to order 8 pies For a church. Gentleman at the cashier response was “Damn!!” I requested if slices can be cut into 16 slices. Flat out replied “I’m not doing that” I responded it’s for kids “I’m not doing that” I could understand if there were orders But this is sad.
So much for pizza on my birthday. This is what they boxed up and delivered to me.
