We arrived on a Monday morning 11 AM no stress in the place. The guy on the counter wasn't nice at all. We ordered two Roast beef sandwiches. He tells us it's $20 each with taxes. Doesn't makes sense to me he tells me "its the machine". I asked him again, he tells me that the price I see isn't correct. He doesn't fix the sign or move it just keeps it there. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Pops. I came in around 3pm on a Sunday and ordered two small vanilla lattes and a toasted croissant with butter, a simple order since they were closing soon. My total was about $17 before tip. When I left, my croissant was burnt, not buttered, and not even cut. I went back to ask for it to be fixed. The barista, Hailey, told the cook, who seemed irritated and mumbled under his breath.
