This is the kind of chicken they are serving people. Black, overcooked, dry. And apparently "all of the spicy look like that". If you care about yourself and where your money goes, do not spend your money here. The classic chicken is undercooked and tasteless and the spicy chicken is burnt/black/overcooked. What is this?? You all deserve better than this. Last time here. Go to another Popeyes where they aren't charging 54 cents per sauce- cheap and shameless!
It wasn't bad, the service was quick, I ordered from the kiosk, but customer service could be better. Nothing bad happened, I just expected customer interaction with politeness and friendliness.
They sold the expired kids juice on April 8, 2026. When I asked them they tried to convince me that it is June 2026. Later said they don’t know how it happened. We trusted the wrong hands for our kids!!! Be CAREFUL!!!
