As a traveling sales representative, I’m in this area several times a month, and when I’m short on time, I’ll usually stop at this Popeyes for a quick meal. Unfortunately, over the last six months, almost every visit has been a bad experience in one way or another. One of the cleaner locations and there is ample seating as well as a renovated interior. However the chicken is always overcooked and the skin is TOO crispy here. Chickens dry. Too bad because I am a huge fan of popeyes. I've been to around 3 other locations around the city
Did not have chicken selections, informed that it’s shift change and I must wait 10 minutes for the chicken. I asked for a refund and I was originally refused. The manager was on break and no one else was capable of refunding.
