I’ve been to multiple Pret outlets, but this Union Square location just feels different in the best way—every visit feels welcoming and comfortable, like home. Food, space, and location are great. But the tables and booths upstairs are super wobbly. They need to be fixed. It’s almost impossible to eat. When you reach to grab your coffee, the tables wobble over. As do the seat cushions. This place must be making a fortune, they should update their furniture!
Neat place, pretty fresh ingredients, I liked the decor. Cashier the first time I came looked like they were having the worst day of their life and wanted to spread those unpleasant feelings to me, but the other times I came the cashiers all were pretty friendly and bid me a good day. If you're looking for a place that doesn't have lines forming during breakfast or lunch hours and has some quick grab-and-go, I'd recommend this Pret.
