Staten Island-born chain dispensing Italian ices & ice cream in 100-plus flavors since 1928.
From Google Maps reviews.
There’s alwayyyssss a line for this place. Weekday or weekend. It seems to be a local cult favourite. And honestly… it’s good for some classic ice cream. The sundaes are HUGE!!! Make sure to share them. I got a peanut butter one and asked to mix in some chocolate sauce as well. There are Reece’s on top and it’s just sweet and delicious honestly. The line moves pretty quickly. Nowhere to sit, just a window (but the park is right across the street). Their froyo / frozen yogurt is on the icey side
~ Easy Italian Ice~ Fun, casual Ice cream and Italian ice spot in the East Village. Endless options of flavors to choose from. Pistachio and Twist on cones are tasty and fill the stomach. I wish I could be able to look closely at the display but it's not possible.
The atmosphere always is going to be nice around this corner, the lady in the was making online orders, and it took a little than expected for her to acknowledge we were there. No enthusiasm or a sign of happy to receive customers. Well, I will asume is just NY style stuff. The ice cream was ok, would I buy it again? No….not it was ok
