Can’t believe I waited so long to try Rosella. Intensive use of the words “favorite” and “best” incoming. My new favorite sushi restaurant, one of the best sushi spots in the city, and just a great dining experience. I was a bit skeptical at first when I searched the menu online but decided to roll the dice and check it out. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. Our server Michael was amazing (super knowledgeable about the menu, constantly checking in, and polite enough to let us know if we over ordered). He’s the GOAT. My experience here was phenomenal and so special! The food was incredible - insanely fresh fish and very inventive Japanese fusion dishes that all hit the spot.
