I got to Sangria just in time for happy hour (which ends at 7pm on weekdays), but the food and drinks were disappointing. The sangria tasted more like fruit juice than wine. If you want a virgin drink, the margarita is your best bet. Everything I ordered was from the happy hour menu. The chicken croquettes were decent, crispy on the outside and very soft/slightly mushy inside. The cod fritters were disappointing because they still had bones in them. If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. We were staying at the hotel across the street and went over for dinner. Anna was our server and she was simply amazing, the food was out of this world honestly. We had the filet special and I can’t give it over sell it, honestly the best fish I had ever had. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit with a super friendly bilingual staff!
Had some time before our flight so decided to stop in Jamaica for late lunch. Sangria was very close to the station and had good reviews and boy oh boy we were not disappointed!! The sangria was so good, but the food was amazing!! Highly recommend the seafood stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped shrimp, empanadas and the seafood Paella. Nice atmosphere and service was great. Nice little find and glad we stopped!!
