I liked the ambiance here. It was relaxed and quiet. The decor was clean with calm colors. The food was mostly great. All the nigiri were tasty. The omakase here is more or less traditional so don't look for a lot of creativity here. This is the bit that I personally didn't love. The service was lackluster. Incredible meal. Every piece was perfectly balanced and the attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of the meal, from the presentation of the appetizers to the selection of sake cups we could choose from. A truly memorable meal.
The fish was incredibly fresh, and the delicate knife work on each piece made every bite soft and enjoyable. It’s a beautifully classic omakase that avoids excessive toppings, letting the natural flavors of the fish really shine.
