We booked a private karaoke room for our group of seven and had the time of our lives singing our little hearts out for three hours. Their karaoke system using the tv, mics, and provided tablet all worked great. And when we had a brief moment of connectivity issues with our mic, they quickly fixed it and we were back to scream singing 90's country songs in mere moments. I’m not picky at all, but our experience at this place was terrible. Even though we were paying customers, we were treated in a clearly discriminatory way, were kicked out of the karaoke, and the staff was extremely rude. On top of that, we were given a misleading offer and ended up being charged more than promised. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s much better to go to Koreatown, where the vibe is cooler and the people are genuinely friendly.
LOVE it here. Best karaoke in NYC. The girl with the glasses was sooooo nice. Everyone was so nice. The guy bringing us drinks was also nice. I felt so comfortable singing my heart out even though I sounded like crap.
