Leans a tad too sweet for me, but overall the pastries are tasty and well-made. I always get a cardamom bun at a Nordic bakery as it delivers the pleasures of an American cinnamon roll but without the overwhelming sugar: plush, soft, and slightly sticky bread accented with warming spices. Went in for some bread, left with an amazing olive 🫒 sourdough loaf, and the best cardamom bun of my life - deep cardamom flavour, well-developed dough, perfectly sweet - delicious!! Add a very friendly human behind the counter and my morning bakery run was lovely. :)
Yummy goods! Latte and cappuccino were decent! Loved the cardamom bun and seasonal pumpkin donut. Spinach pastry and fig danish were well made as well!
