High quality matcha! But it’s definitely more for people who like the natural earthy taste of matcha. Personally I do like a little more creaminess & sweetness so this might not be my everyday matcha spot (but definitely great for if you want a treat!) It’s like $10 for a large matcha latte with almond milk so def not a price I’d pay everyday either. There aren’t many places for you to sit & they have a no laptop policy. I booked a tea tasting to celebrate my best friend's birthday. We tasted two traditional green teas and three traditional matchas, along with some Japanese treats. Our Nicola Zanatta was our host and dis a phenomenal job walking us through the history and flavor of each item we tried. I would highly recommend booking - such a great experience!
Hoijicha Latte was good! But the matcha gingerale wasn’t for me. The ambiance was very modern and sleek and the staff were really friendly. Even though there were only 4/5 seats at the counter, there was a comfortable bench by the window you could rest at or a bench outside to sit.
