Stopped here randomly for breakfast. I love a good diner. Food was good, priced fairly for the area, which is above normal. Service was super fast. Cute inside of diner, has outdoor seating as well. Docked one star due to fact they have canned sodas and not fountain sodas, not a big deal. Fair and yummy
I recently learned that the state of NY and NJ have the highest concentration of diners in the country... well, Square Diner is hands down the best! Ambience, food, and service! Shout-out to David and Mariana for the always-personable service! I took my mom, sister, and various friends, and they all loved it! A real iconic NYC staple! 10/10
I love this cozy place, it has great service, and really good authentic diner food. It’s a call back to an older Manhattan. Their cappuccino is REALLY good.
