payed $7 for a matcha that was just pure milk. The guy on the bar was taking longer to talk with his co workers rather than making drinks. When i asked for a straw from the worker restocking them she just starred at me. Management should teach the workers how to make the drinks properly and efficiently.

Ima regular who goes in there almost every time I go into work, i ordered my usual and they didn’t make it hot , I then asked the guy who usually makes my drink and he did no problem and then one of the female employees went and told on him and they stated if I wanted my milk steamed I would have to pay extra which I never do! They should have just steamed the milk without it being a problem ! Customers are supposed to be right , right? They just lost a customer!
