Just over a month ago I walked into this Starbucks and it was very short staffed. There were two young men working MD Anas and Josiah. They definitely deserve recognition because of not only the customer service skills they used but the order that they kept between delivery pick ups, customer inhouse orders and maintaining a quite and non rowdy environment. Everything went smoothly. They apologized and kept communication with customers at all times. Thanks for making it a great experience
The Starbucks shop nearest to AirTrain to JFK. Rest here for 3 hours before taking AirTrain to JFK. New facility, plenty of seats, lots of orders at noon but still served fast. Nothing to complain.
1. They handed me an incomplete drink. 2. Everyone was working incredibly slowly. 3. My empty cup was just sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. P.S. If you’re customizing your drink, don’t go here.
