Excellent evening with friends in an extremely trendy steak boutique. The steak was delicious - Just the right balance of juicyness, beef and char on their signature pepper layer. The sides and dessert selection, including bread, sauces, vegetables and cake matched perfectly. Service was superb with detailed explanation of the menu, including all the specials for the evening. We had a 7:30 reservation on a Wednesday but weren't seated until around 7:50. That was frustrating, especially given the reservation. Once seated, though, the experience improved considerably. The food was very good—the char on the steaks was spot-on, the sides were tasty, and the key lime pie was fantastic. Overall, a solid meal, but the reservation delay kept it from being a seamless experience.
