They never toast the bread for digital orders. The word "toast" or "toasted" appears 8 times on this receipt. The correct option was selected. The sandwich was served ice cold, with completely unmelted cheese. They are intentionally not preparing orders correctly to make it cheaper for them
My kids & I have been to this location a number of times. Always a positive experience. The sandwiches never disappoint and the staff are attentive & on point.
(Updated 2019) Understocked, understaffed, and overpriced and refuse coupons because it's not the right day or they're not allowing them anymore or they have a "deal" going on for an item but when I pay its the same price. Cashier on Wednesday is also rude af. Update: Came back to get a salad because it’s quick and nearby to where I was, a chopped chicken Caesar salad.
