The staff is quick at assembling the sandwiches exactly how you want them, keeping the line moving even during the busy midday rush. The store layout is standard, bright, and well-maintained for a fast-food chain. It is an easy and convenient option when you want a predictable, custom-made sandwich on the go.
I stopped by to place an online order and asked an employee for help. Unfortunately, the response was rude and not helpful. Customers should feel supported when asking simple questions. I hope management works on improving customer service.
An older female employee was very rude on two different occasions and the last time she had just finished her shift. Please teach this employee what customer service should be.
