I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I placed an online order for two footlong subs for pickup in the morning. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready yet and the staff had just started preparing it. While making the sandwiches, I noticed they were not adding the sauces I had selected in my order. This location is not good with their customer service and I tried to ask for my foot-long turkey, but without the bread being toasted only the turkey and knowing the fact that I go to this location sometimes and knowing the fact that I go to every other subway. Now all of a sudden this man made it a problem stating how their oven is dirty and how he’s not able to warm up my turkey it needs to be toasted with the bread all my years eating Subway. Bag of chips left open to sell, cookies were hard & stale, place was dirty & the lady offered me a free drink or cookie for leaving this review bc I asked to file a complaint. So she stopped sweeping or mopping to hand me the cup & touched the inside of my cup with unclean hands
