First and foremost I come to sugar bun ALOT, especially early mornings. Since it’s on my route to work it’s convenient for me to call and place my order ahead of time. I love them for this.. when they answer. If they don’t answer I expect that they’re busy which is understandable. This morning I try calling about 10x. First call a women picks up puts me on immediate hold and didnt come back. So I called a few more times and no answer. When I arrive surprised to see that it’s empty inside. Only

My experience with this business was unpleasant and unacceptable to me. Firstly, the owner was very nasty when I addressed an issue that I had had and I was expecting him to understand my feelings given that I'm a recurring customer; instead, he was unaccommodating and belittled me in front of his staff and other customers. Secondly, some of the staff is unpleasant and they talk about customers in front of other patrons. Although, some staff members are exceptional. I often would buy some item
