Highly recommended. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the chefs and servers were very friendly. I liked that it can be enjoyed with your hands and without soy sauce, which really lets the flavors shine. The miso soup and ice cream were also good. I usually do not pay much attention to these since they are often too salty or overly sweet in NYC, but here everything was well balanced and suited my taste. great experience! i had omakase for lunch and it was impressive. fresh fish, outstanding seasoning, quick service. sushi here is traditional omakase, not fusion, and still very well seasoned, with many flavors that fill whole mouth
The worst Omakase I’ve ever had in my life. We went with the sushi dinner set for $160. The first course was miso soup, which I usually love, but this one was about three times saltier. The first appetizer tasted like canned tuna cat food. The sashimi was objectively mid one after the other. The best part was the uni, the uni was incredible. The hand roll was disappointing.
