The best place I've ever eaten at. The service was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and accommodating. We keep kosher, and at first we were very skeptical about the menu options. The lovely hostess told us that they offer a special kosher meal for guests who observe kashrut. We were thrilled and immediately made a reservation for that evening. Sushi Saikou's omakase meal is wonderful. I ate later during the second serving and had the honor of my own chef and his extensive knowledge of their Japan-sourced fish. I learned a ton from him and the staff. At $120 this is omakase heaven. The fish and omakase meal matched .. I'd say exceeded higher priced experiences. I can't wait to return!
