I am not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating. Save your money and order else where. When this location first opened I was really excited to see that sweet bamboo had moved to my area. My roommate and I would order about $30-$45 worth of food from them on a weekly basis. But as time progressed we quickly found that the food was not of the same quality as there sister location. I have ordered from many Chinese restaurants, but this one truly stands out. Most places rush you off the phone, but the service here is completely different. When they accidentally forgot my rice, I called and within minutes they brought it back and sincerely apologized. They didn’t say, “Tell us next time and we’ll send it.” They handled it immediately, and that kind of customer service means everything. The food is always fresh and delicious, delivery is fast, and the staff are kind and easy
