I stop here after my bi-weekly pain management treatments, everyone on staff is lovely professional and kind. I get the same thing and they already know what I want it’s so adorable. It would be nice if you added gluten free wraps to the new sandwiches. In the meantime, I’ll stick to my Crispy Rice salad. Always a pleasure. It’s also nice and cool in there when it’s hot outside so that’s a plus too!
There is clear unfair treatment toward employees, and while I was ordering my food, the new management displayed uncontrollable anger issues. The hygiene in this place is terrible — some walking and waiting areas are genuinely unbearable. On top of that, the staff consistently shows attitude, and it’s obvious that the system needs to change if management isn’t addressing these issues. I do not recommend this place at all. I had never tried Sweetgreen before, so I decided to give it a try after seeing several TikTok recommendations for the Sweet Miso Glazed Salmon. The food itself was good, and I enjoyed the meal. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The cashier was rude and standoffish and did not provide me with a receipt after I paid.
