Honestly just shut it down. The food was actually almost inedible. The chicken had a horrible taste that took over the flavor of pretty much the whole bowl. The steak is actually grey. Somehow the spicy broccoli was barely warm and ice cold at the same time. Im not sure you could even pay me to eat here again. A huge disappointment. And dont think about eatting inside as there is maybe 3 seats.
I’ve been a daily customer of your store on 18th street before it closed and moved around the corner. Your new location is not lunch break friendly for me anymore. With only 4 benches in the window, there’s nowhere for me to enjoy my food. This is really bothering me as I’d like to order my salad and have the option to sit at some tables with chairs to enjoy my lunch, maybe get rid of the middle seating waiting section and replace with tables?
I ordered two regular bowls from the menu with no customization, yet I waited more than 35 minutes. I asked multiple times how much longer it would take, and each time I was told “a few minutes.” I told my friend to wait for me at the train station, so she skipped the first train because I said I’d be there in less than 5 minutes since my order was supposed to be ready.
