We tried the kofte kebab with rice, tahini, and eggplant. The kebab was really juicy, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. The whole experience was really good, and the location is amazing.
We stopped here for a quick Sunday brunch. Food was great, tasty, and spot on. Cost for 2 meals were relatively expensive but doable. I would recommend getting here at a decent time because the space is very limited and lacks private seating. Restaurant did not offer a baby chair, but lucky our young child wasn't hungry. Staff was friendly and the food served to us came out pretty fast. For 2 people, prepare to pay about $40.00. Overall, we enjoyed our time, food was delicious.
I have to say you can not miss this spot! This is actually my favorite lunch place since I moved to NYC area. Tasty food, reasonable portion and price, close to Union square, and they have vegetarian options. What else you can expect. I have visited this place multiple times for the cauliflower and the eggplant pita/plate! If you have a small appetite, then pita would a great option, otherwise the plate version may make you too full
