If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I definitely would. Horrible customer service. The lady in the front kept me waiting for 1 hour and I didn’t even get my order and just left out of frustration because she kept ignoring me and not helping me. It was my first time and I needed help but she ignored me and called me dumb. Never coming back to this place.
Today I went to Taco Bell and what a sweet surprise. Kind, considerate, courteous service and quick preparation. I declined the water in favour of a dollar bottle at the deli. It's still a little too pricy, but it's perfectly spicy, and it came with additional sauces.
I just visited your location at this address: 119-16 Liberty Ave Jamaica, NY 11419. I had just finished ordering food and asked the shift lead if i was able to use the restroom. I was told it’s out of order. Immediately the guy next to me finished ordering after I did and immediately gets allowed to use the restroom.
