I was looking for an authentic Moroccan experience after our trip to Morocco earlier this year and Tara Kitchen was a great choice. I was specifically looking for appetizers and entrees I tried on our vacation which led me to order Shrimp pil pil and lamb meatballs with poached eggs. Everything was delicious. I would visit again. We had the vegan chocolate cake dessert with pistachio mousse and a mango cheesecake.
I haven't even left the restaurant and felt the need to leave a review. The drinks, food and dessert is phenomenal. First time having Moroccan food and I enjoyed it, I had the chicken a l'orange, looking forward to coming back. My lychee martini was so good I needed another. I got the tres leche and my friend got the flour less chocolate and oh man we took our time.
We just had an incredible experience at this warm and welcoming spot. We sat at the bar to order some drinks while waiting for our pickup time, and the sweetness and kindness of our bartender , Lili—along with the cook and owner, Anessa (who made the wonderful gesture of offering us a super delicious complimentary appetizer)—helped kick off an unforgettable evening. Thank you for a wonderful time definitely looking forward to back and try your amazing food
