A seasonal, clam-focused seafood menu presented in a cozy, brick-walled space with large windows.

Excellent stop for lunch, with pleasant outdoor seating on a relatively quiet street. We stopped here for lunch two days in a row, after enjoying it so much the first time. Friendly service, quality ingredients and well-selected wine options. The oysters, from three different locations (both coasts), were flavorful and meaty. The burrata is fantastic. Other highlights were the halibut and salmon, both excellent, as well as the flavorful berry cobbler. Friendly and welcoming service; unfortunatel
Solid spot with fresh ingredients. Oysters were decent, salad had good contrast of textures. Calamari and crudo were OK.
The Clam is a low-key West Village spot that just gets it right—fresh seafood, simple menu, and no overthinking it. The outdoor seating is the move, small and relaxed with that classic NYC sidewalk vibe, especially on a nice day. Not a big scene, just consistently good food and an easy place to go back to.
