This place has a cool and trendy vibe but still down to earth. Drinks are imaginitive and were very well made by Philip the bartender - I particularly liked the Duchamp’s Brau and the espresso martini. Even when it got crazy busy, service was way faster than you’d expect from other busy bars! Clean bathrooms. I love that they support local artists such as DJs and photographers. Sean the manager was super nice too! Highly recommend.
One of the best new local bars here. Good drink selection, really interesting and varied entertainment options, and the staff is stellar. You can tell that the owners care a lot. It's definitely not a "dive bar",(not by the current marketing-speak definition), but it has the relaxed and neighborhood feel of a more traditional dive bar. And when Rona is there with her Greek flatbread snacks, it rocks even more!
Fun new bar on Avenue C, let's hope they can get enough people to come down and drink there!
