  Highly recommend The Markle. My daughter stayed here will completing an internship in NYC. The staff was very helpful from the application process to the move in and throughout her stay. The 24 hour security a wonderful perk. My daughter found the food to be very good. The residence was always clean.

  Nobody that is student going to college and not from New York should apply here, I’m telling this right now, you will be homeless.. I was in very bad situation and wanted to get housing with these ppl and they literally gave me the run around the entire time, I was led on for a month. I never got housing from them and I think the assistant Susana was purposely telling the front desk assistance not to answer me, I had to get my mom involved and just never got help from these ppl, Idk if these peo

  I had an amazing experience at The Markle Residence. The price is excellent for everything it offers — the facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The location is also perfect — safe and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
