After reading a bunch of reviews about how the staff was so welcoming and nice I was thoroughly disappointed when checking in for my stay-cation with my fiance. The woman checking us in was so rude! We spent our (delayed) honeymoon at The Standard East Village and couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The hotel is cool, stylish, and has a great vibe, but what really sets it apart is the team.
