I’ve ordered several cakes from here and stop in sometimes for a snack. The cakes are not just beautiful, they’re delicious and the customer service is great which is a plus! The staff is friendly and helpful and I always have a pleasant experience whether I’m in person or over the phone. Thankfully they’ve been very consistent and a staple at our events.
I finally stopped by There Should Always Be Cake today after telling myself for almost two years that I was going to check it out. I’m so glad I did. To my surprise, they had a nice selection of vegan items, which is not something I ever expected to find in a Bronx bakery. Finding plant-based or vegan-friendly spots around here is already tough, but a bakery that offers organic vegan options feels almost impossible — until now. True artistry at work and great texture and flavors! Everyone was complimenting the cake at the party. The baker is very friendly and was very accommodating. Thank you for the great work and on such short notice.
