Good budget omakase - 13 pieces went by really quickly. From start to finish it was around 45 minutes. Although with such a short time frame, I felt like I still had ample time to enjoy my food. All the pieces felt unique in their own way, especially the otoro toro caviar piece. I would recommend 13 Water if you are looking for a quick dinner rather than a place to chat.
I made a resy reservation with friends for the omakase and we were seated inside the restaurant shortly after our reserved time. The servers made rounds often to ensure everyone had what they needed.
