Appallingly poor customer service; I work a block away from this place and have been giving them business (almost on a daily basis) for 4 years. Today a grabbed an item thinking it was white chocolate (it wasn’t) and came back immediately to exchange, it had not been a full minute since the purchase, literally. UNHYGIENIC AND OVERPRICED – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This deli has a constant, unpleasant odor—regardless of the time of day or season—which immediately raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. To make matters worse, the prices are outrageously high, even by Tribeca’s already steep standards. There are far better (and cleaner) options in the area.
Don’t understand the shit reviews this is a gem in the area still standing strong people complain about the prices but everything around that area is 10x more expensive then this deli. The staff is really nice and the service is good Sandwiches are bomb and great for picking up some snacks for on the go Love this place.
