The employee who took our order was very kind, but that’s about where the positive experience stopped. The donut I ordered was supposed to be vanilla but I think it was lemon? It wasn’t very good. My matcha latte was not very matcha. We did manage to find seating, but it was dirty. The line to the bathroom was very long. My partner drifted off to sleep while I was drinking my drink (paid for it, may as well get some of it down) and also charging my phone, and a security guard/employee came over
I am a long time Capitol One Credit Card Holder where I am entitled to 50% off my drink purchase at their Cafes. I am disappointed in the discount policy held by this Cafe on 853 Broadway. I've been here twice now, and this is the 2nd time I had a problem with my order.
