This venue is def a staple in NYC. My bestie and I would come regularly for ladies night back in the day. If you know, you know haha! They have updated and changed this venue quite a bit and for the better. Last night I attended the Danity Kane concert. The most unwelcome venue I’ve visited. When you arrive at Webster Hall you are asked to show ID. Naturally, I assumed this was simply to gain entry. I presented my UK driving licence, which was rejected as invalid ID. Apparently only a passport would do, something I haven’t had to present for age verification since the UK introduced photo licences decades ago. I was then told I would not be allowed to buy alcohol. Super easy to get in but pretty difficult to get out. Crowd was good and they didn’t oversell for the event i attended. Will definitely go to events at this venue again!
