I was really disappointed with this order. The chicken patty was clearly frozen and not cooked properly—it was raw in the middle and definitely under-fried. That’s not only unappetizing but also unsafe to eat. I expected a fresh, crispy chicken sandwich, but this was a huge letdown.
The food is fine, but the service is consistently awful The staff move incredibly slow, which is surprising given the location you’d expect quicker service for customers trying to catch a train. If you’re looking for actual fast food, do not come here. Everything seems to be made per order, so you’ll wait 10+ minutes for something as simple as a 4-piece nugget and small fries. I came in today for an apple pecan salad. they gave me the wrong salad had to wait another 10-15 mins for a new salad with the wrong chicken after I heard the cashier specify the type of chicken I wanted (Crispy Chicken). I just left because at this point I was going to be late for work. Yall need a new night shift no shade.I say this because I was here same day this morning no isssue.
