After a long day of exploring Manhattan, we stopped by Xing Fu Tang to cool off with some bubble tea, and it ended up being a great choice. Known for its Taiwanese-style boba drinks, the shop has a clean, modern vibe and a menu full of unique tea options. For our first visit, we ordered the Ube Boba Tea and the Peach Oolong Tea. BEST brown sugar boba tea I’ve ever had in my life—and I’ve had a LOT of them. Place was clean and felt contemporary and the staff were very pleasant. The boba balls were absolutely delicious and felt soft and fresh and tender, unlike the hard and somewhat frozen ones other stores and franchises frequent. Got the ube bubble tea and it was so creamy and flavorful. The boba had a perfect texture and the drink tasted fresh without being too sweet. Cute spot, fast service, and definitely worth trying if you like ube drinks.
