You get to pick what meats and veggies you want, they weight it, you pick your broth then pay. If you are eating in, they do have a sign saying that you must tip if you dine in—which is kind of off-putting. The broth was delicious and they have a sauce bar so you can make your own dip. Wish they have more veggie options but honestly it was pretty good!
Ok selection but I don’t really love how the tables are organized. It’s easy for people to take up a huge section (a whole row) since the tables are pretty small.
The food was so good! Very customizable and lots of fresh, yummy, healthy options! Would definitely come back and recommend to all :)
